Order Shipment:
We can ship to all European Union countries, Norway and Switzerland with standard 220V EU plug. We can also ship to United Kingdom with 220V UK plug.
A small amount of shipping fee around €10 per item will be charged when we ship to these countries:
Germany, Spain, Netherland, Portugal, Poland, Estonia, Ireland, Sweden, Lithuania, Finland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Belgium , France, Greece, Italy, Czech Republic, United Kingdom.
Shipping to Norway,Switzerland and Malta may incur higher shipping costs. You can view the final shipping fee at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Most products ship within 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information as soon as it is available. If 5 days has gone by and you do not have tracking information yet, please reach out to us.
Cancel Order:
You have the option to cancel your order before it is shipped.
If you cancel an order after it has been shipped, you will be charged the shipping cost. Depending on the return policy of the supplier, a restocking fee may be charged.
If you pay with a credit or debit card or Bitcoin and cancel your order for own reasons, we will charge you 3% in handling fees. If you make the payment by bank transfer, you will be charged a handling fee of €10. We can accommodate most requests, but due to the different time zones and schedules that our warehouses ship from, sometimes the cancellation request may not reach the warehouse in time before the product ships. Once the item has been arranged to ship or has shipped, the package will be treated like a 'return' and is subject to ship-back fees and restocking fees.
