Spider Farmer Limited Warranty

1. Proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility.
2. For requests to return or exchange items, they must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and gifts.
3. Non-quality returns must be made at the customer’s expense.
LED Grow Light
5-Year Warranty: Customers have 30 days to return or exchange items without reason.
1. Accessories may incur additional shipping fees, and the product may be subject to depreciation or replacement costs.
Within one year, we offer free accessories, maintenance, and freight. Additionally, there are 1 to 5 years of free charging accessories and freight, or options for depreciation and replacement with new items.
Supplemental LED Bar / Glow Series / Smart Controllers
2-Year Warranty: Customers have 30 days to return or exchange items without reason.
1. Accessories will incur shipping fees, and replacements may have a depreciation cost ranging from 50% to 80%.
In the first year, accessories, maintenance, and freight are free. From 1-2 years, the customer is responsible for the freight when sending accessories.

* Products must be in original packaging with all accessories and free gifts included.
* Customers cover return shipping costs for non-quality-related issues.
2. 6-Month Limited Warranty
0-3 Months: Free replacement parts with free shipping.
* 3-6 Months: Free replacement parts, but customers pay shipping fees.
* Alternative option: Trade-in at depreciated value.
3. After 6 Months* Customers bear all after-sales service costs.
Grow Accessories
Customers have 30 days to return items without reason.
1. Accessories with a 2-year warranty will be fully covered within the first year. From 1-2 years, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and may incur a 50% to 80% depreciation fee for replacements.
2. Accessories with a 1-year warranty will be fully covered within one year.

We offer free accessories; however, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs and tariffs.

Disclaimer
1. There will be a repair fee to be paid:
If the light is tampered with or found to be damaged by the customer.
The warranty is void:
If the damage is caused by abnormal use, such as dripping water, inputting voltage error, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling the light, etc.
The extent of the warranty is ultimately at SPIDER FARMER’s discretion. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
2. We only provide a warranty to customers who buy items from authorized stores, such as our official website, authorized Amazon/eBay store, retailer, distributor, or agent.
Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility: Returns or replacements must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, and are only applicable for quality-related issues.
Free Gifts: If your order included any free gifts, please ensure they are returned along with the main product. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund.
Return Conditions: Returns that do not comply with our warranty policy will incur return shipping fees and may be subject to deductions based on the product listing price.
Important: Please send email to info@fastgrowstore.eu before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or inspected.
Packaging and Documentation: To expedite the refund process, please keep the return package intact and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
Authorization Required: Do not send any product back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Accessory Check: All accessories (e.g., wires, controllers, hangers) must be included with the return. If any items are missing, we will be unable to process a return or exchange.
Tent Returns: Grow tents must be returned in their original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.
